Seacombe Ferry Secured Project
We are delighted to be working with Kingsmead Homes installing an IKO Armourplan Single Ply Roofing System on the development.
The project will see the construction of 28 new apartments near Seacombe Ferry terminal Wirral and will be known as Mersey View.
We will be creating a mechanically fixed roof; the vapour control layer will be the projects initial phase. We will be installing the IKP Spectravap PE, this will be overlapped and sealed with Spectravap Jointing Tape.
Following completion of this phase, the next stage will be to install the insulation layer, this is one of the most important parts of any roof, for this we will be using Enertherm GOLD PIR insulation which is a Seven-layer insulation board to provide the highest of thermal efficiency.
Finally, to complete the roof, we will be installing the IKO Armourplan P Single ply membrane, this is one of the best membranes on the market and offers robust, enhanced tensile strength
Town Hill Secured Project
We are also thrilled to be working with Complete Construction Ltd to install an IKO Armourplan Single Ply Roofing System on the Town Hill development in Warrington.
The project is set to create 28 one and two bedroom apartments in the centre of town.
We will be creating a warm roofing system; the vapour control layer will be the projects initial phase, for this we will be installing the IKO Ultra S-A AVCL.
Following the completion of this phase we will install the insulation layer, the sloping roof system intended for this project will be constructed using the IKO PIR Tapered Insulation.
Finally, to complete the roof, we will be installing the IKO Armourplan PSG membrane, this will bring a range of benefits for the new roof system, including increased resistance and improved product performance.
