OUR ROLE IN THE PROJECT:
Here at Enviroply Roofing, our role in the Lees Street project is pivotal, as we weave innovation and precision into every aspect of the roofing system, working along side Watson Homes and Sika.
First, we began the roofing build up with the installation of the vapour control layer, a foundational element essential for safeguarding against moisture-related pitfalls, using the renowned Sarnavap 500E by Sika, we ensure maximum moisture resistance, mitigating the risk of rot and decay. With its superior durability and flexibility, the Sarnavap 500E sets the stage for enduring roof security, laying the groundwork for a robust structure.
Following the vapour control layer, we meticulously integrate the Sikatherm PIR AL Insulation, a testament to our commitment to thermal efficiency. Designed to combat heat loss and optimise energy conservation, this insulation board, clad with composite foil, promises unparalleled performance, using a staggered bond pattern and telescopic tube fasteners, our team demonstrates their craftsmanship, fortifying the roof against the elements with unwavering resilience.
To complete the roofing system on the Lees Street project we used Sika Sarnafil S327-15EL lead grey Single Ply membrane, this premium membrane embodies sophistication and functionality in equal measure. Engineered to deliver unrivalled waterproofing and weatherproofing, it stands as the ultimate shield against nature’s wrath. With ultraviolet light stabilisers and flame-retardant properties, the Sarnafil S327-15EL ensures longevity and aesthetic appeal, elevating the visual allure of the property whilst fortifying its structural integrity.
