St Columba’s Case Study
St Columba’s a former church on Ripley Street, Bolton, underwent a transformation into a modern residential development.
Working with Tyson Construction, we installed both cold and warm roof systems to this historic site.
Using @Sika SarnafilG410-15L membrane, fully adhered for the cold and warm roofs, with the addition of Sarnavap 5000E membrane and Sikatherm PIR insulation to create the warm roofs.
For the main roof we used a mechanically fixed Sika system using the Saranvap 5000E VCL, followed by Sikatherm PIR GT Insulation and finishing with a Sarnafil G410-15EL.
The project was a success, completing our works to a high standard to achieve the 20-year manufacturers guarantee.

Sandpiper Case Study
The Sandpiper development involved the construction of 15 new homes and apartments. Financed by Homes England for Jigsaw Homes Group, this new build project aimed to provide modern and sustainable housing solutions.
Working with Tyson Construction, our role revolved around the installation of a single ply warm roof for Unit 15. This roofing solution was meticulously planned to ensure longevity, durability, and environmental sustainability.
For the roofing build up we installed the insulation layer, for this we used a Tapered Sikatherm PIR GT insulation, completing the build up with a @Sika Sarnafil G410-15EL single ply membrane.
Our team delivered a roofing solution that met the needs of the client while upholding the highest industry standards, achieving 20-year manufacturers guarantee.
